Adobe Workfront Administrator

About the role

MERGE is seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Administrator to manage and optimize the Workfront platform across production, preview, and sandbox environments. You will ensure the system supports efficient project delivery, aligns with organizational processes, and integrates with key marketing tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all Workfront environments, handling system preferences, custom forms, job roles, teams, and groups.
• Configure and maintain global review and approval workflows, automated milestones, and UI layout templates for different user groups.
• Manage user lifecycle, enforce deactivation policies, and implement access‑level reviews.
• Coordinate with TechOps for SSO configuration, audit logs, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and a shared report library.
• Lead release management, impact assessments, and training for new features.
• Partner with stakeholders to integrate Workfront with AEM Assets, GenStudio, Firefly, Creative Cloud, and AI‑assisted tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Adobe Workfront administration experience.
• Proven ability to manage complex environments, custom forms, and resource planning features.
• Strong understanding of project management hierarchies (portfolios, programs, projects).
• Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical configurations.
