Associate Director Manager – Data Analytics

About the role

Moody's is seeking an experienced leader to drive firm‑wide business analytics and deliver data‑driven insights that support strategic and operational decision‑making across commercial, financial, product and market domains.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead analytics capabilities across bookings, product, portfolio and market domains.
• Define business metrics, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights to Strategy, Finance, Sales and other units.
• Research and champion innovative AI‑powered concepts to improve business performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align analytics initiatives with business priorities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or commercial strategy.
• Proven ability to enable strategic decision‑making through data insights.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience working independently or in small teams under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• Data visualization using Power BI.
• Hands‑on experience with artificial‑intelligence tools and AI‑driven workflow automation.
• Data modeling and advanced analytics techniques.

What we offer

• Base salary range $142,500 – $206,700 per year, plus incentive compensation.
