Principal Technical Success Consultant

About the role

The Principal Technical Success Consultant drives customer success by delivering outcome‑based services around AVEVA’s PI System and related industrial software. The role blends deep technical expertise with strategic guidance to help customers realize business value from real‑time operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops, coaching sessions and use‑case discovery to guide customers in adopting the PI System.
• Act as the technical liaison for assigned accounts, collaborating with Customer Success Managers to maximize value and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop and document PI System architecture, best‑practice guides, and proof‑of‑value demonstrations.
• Engage C‑level executives and operational staff to articulate the business impact of the PI infrastructure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience with real‑time operational data systems in industrial manufacturing or operations.
• Hands‑on experience with the PI System (highly desired).
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑service skills, with ability to travel up to 50%.

What we offer

• Salary range $115,600 – $192,600 per year.
