Practice Director, RHT

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Practice Director for its RHT (recruitment, human resources and talent solutions) practice in Atlanta, Georgia. The role maintains strong performance metrics, leads business generation and directs the practice's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent above-average performance metrics and drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance
• Provide business generation leadership, motivation and direction to direct reports, and take part in recruiting new hires
• Manage time, plan and multi-task, make quality decisions and meet productivity standards for self and staff
• Attract and source talent, train, develop and retain staff, and achieve pricing goals
• Recognize and act quickly on business trends, and build customer retention and expansion strategies
• Communicate clearly, promote collaboration, resolve issues with staff, clients and candidates, and lead with character and inclusivity

Required profile

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience, or equivalent
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems
