Practice Director, Business Development

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Practice Director, Business Development in Atlanta, Georgia. The role maintains above-average performance metrics, leads business generation, directs and motivates direct reports, takes part in recruiting new hires and communicates effectively across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue-generating activities and practice group performance, meet productivity standards and manage time and priorities
• Attract and source talent, train, develop and retain staff, and reach target performance metrics
• Manage business generation, revenue and pricing goals, with a total headcount of up to 4 including the practice director
• Build customer retention and expansion strategy, lead customer loyalty and resolve issues with staff, clients and candidates
• Communicate clearly, promote collaboration, motivate the team, manage change and run effective meetings
• Lead with integrity, build trust, support an inclusive environment and follow through on commitments

Required profile

• 1+ years of talent solutions and/or management experience, or equivalent
• Proven performance in a talent manager or director role
• Demonstrated success in business generation and business development
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, databases and other technology systems
