The Southern Regional Technical College seeks a dedicated Practical Nursing Faculty member to deliver high‑quality, industry‑relevant instruction. You will guide students toward successful licensure and workforce readiness while supporting the college’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain course outlines and program objectives aligned with state standards and accreditation requirements.
• Deliver instruction using creative teaching methods and instructional technologies, including day, evening, and online formats.
• Evaluate student progress, document performance, and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate and supervise experiential learning components such as practicums, simulated labs, and internships.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and required documentation for accreditation and licensure.
• Ensure lab safety and compliance with institutional policies.
• Provide academic and career advisement to students.

Required profile

• Hold appropriate nursing licensure or certification required for teaching practical nursing.
• Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum and assess student outcomes.
