About the role
A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in the Saavedra lab, Department of Biology, focusing on innate immune responses and host‑pathogen interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute, analyze and interpret experiments independently.
- Present research findings at lab meetings and scientific conferences.
- Mentor undergraduate and graduate students.
Required profile
- Ph.D. in immunology, microbiology, cell biology or related area.
- At least one first‑author publication in a peer‑reviewed journal.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Required skills
- Experience with in vivo animal models (preferred).
- Experience with multi‑color flow cytometry (preferred).
