About the role
Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced piano instructor to provide in‑home, one‑on‑one lessons for students in Newton and surrounding towns. The role is part‑time, on‑site, and requires reliable transportation to travel to family residences.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver 60‑minute private piano lessons to children (age 6+) and adults at their homes.
- Maintain consistent scheduling and punctuality, with preference for candidates offering greater availability.
Required profile
- Degree in performance or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and experience working with young musicians.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
Required skills
- Strong piano performance background.
- Ability to teach students of beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
