Program Manager – High‑Performance Building Courses

About the role

Studio HPDC is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery of its High‑Performance Building courses for mid‑career builders in Eastern Massachusetts. The role combines program management, data analysis, facilitation, and a solid understanding of sustainable building practices to advance the organization’s climate‑focused mission.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate High‑Performance Building courses, handling participant pipelines, enrollment, payments, and tuition grants.
• Create marketing assets such as social media posts and brochures using Studio HPDC’s branding kit.
• Prepare training sites with materials, tools, equipment, and refreshments for each session.
• Organize facilitator preparation, debrief sessions, and guest professional orientations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date course materials, track feedback, and summarize outcomes for internal and external audiences.
• Support grant writing and fundraising initiatives related to course expansion.
• Represent Studio HPDC with architects, engineers, contractors, policymakers, and community members at events and conferences.

Required profile

• At least 2 years experience designing and delivering educational programs, preferably in sustainable building or energy efficiency.
• Proven project‑management ability to execute work plans on schedule and budget.
• Familiarity with high‑performance building practices, renewable energy systems, and green building certifications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated cultural competency and experience working with socially diverse neighborhoods.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and capacity‑building in the construction sector.
