About the role

Curana Health is seeking a mission‑driven Physician to provide high‑quality, person‑centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will act as a trusted provider for residents, mentor Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), and help improve health outcomes for vulnerable seniors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct history and physical examinations for new patients and perform routine rounding at least once per week.
• Partner with APPs to manage complex and regulatory patient visits, ensuring compliance and clinical excellence.
• Mentor and oversee APP performance to elevate care delivery across the team.
• Identify and close quality gaps, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical ambassador, representing Curana Health’s mission and values in the community.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible Physician with experience in senior or long‑term care settings.
• Strong commitment to compassionate, evidence‑based care.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with facility staff and multidisciplinary teams.
