Physical Therapist – Sign‑on Bonus Eligible

About the role

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking licensed Physical Therapists for its Pocono Creek, Brodheadsville and Pittston locations. The role involves evaluating, planning and delivering therapy to restore function, prevent disability and help patients achieve maximum independence. A sign‑on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence‑based techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, functional mobility training and modalities.
• Perform patient assessments, reassessments and modify plans of care as needed, documenting progress according to regulatory standards.
• Communicate patient status and limitations to physicians, supervisors and interdisciplinary team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; licensure in Pennsylvania required.
• Ability to travel to home‑care assignments and lift/carry up to 50 lb.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification (state of Pennsylvania) upon hire.
