About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join the MMC Rehab PT team at Martin Health North. You will provide patient‑centered therapy, helping individuals regain strength, range of motion, endurance and coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Interpret physician orders, supervise patient treatments, and document each visit according to departmental policies.
  • Review patient response to therapy, make recommendations to physicians, and ensure safety and wellbeing.
  • Maintain equipment, manage supplies efficiently, and assist in training ancillary staff.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Internship experience; acute‑care setting experience preferred.
