Physical Therapist - Homecare and Outpatient Hybrid

About the role

Ivy Health is hiring a Physical Therapist for its Upper Darby satellite clinic, working in an outpatient orthopedic setting with patients of varying ages and diagnoses. The role is hybrid: you treat patients in the clinic and also provide personalized care in their homes across Montgomery and Bucks Counties. Treatment sessions are individualized and patient-centered, with collaboration, mentorship and autonomy.

Required profile

• License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
