Physical Security & Low Voltage Project Manager (Remote, US)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Physical Security and Low‑Voltage Project Manager to lead commercial security and infrastructure projects across the United States. The role is fully remote and focuses on access‑control, CCTV, structured cabling and related low‑voltage systems, requiring strong technical knowledge and independent project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end low‑voltage and security projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and vendors.
• Track schedules, procurement, manpower and project milestones.
• Communicate with clients, general contractors, consultants and internal teams.
• Review project drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals and site conditions.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, project planning and logistics.
• Support estimating and change‑order processes and identify project risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in physical/electronic security systems and low‑voltage construction.
• Ability to read plans, riser diagrams and door schedules.
• Experience coordinating with general contractors, electricians, IT teams and vendors.
• Strong professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous roles such as Low‑Voltage PM, Security Systems PM, ELV Engineer or Operations Manager.
• PMP certification or CAD knowledge is a plus but not required.
