Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach

About the role

We are looking for dedicated Personal Trainers / Fitness Coaches who are passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals and want to build a long‑term career in a professional training environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and needs.
• Deliver one‑on‑one or small‑group training sessions with high energy and professionalism.
• Monitor client progress, track results, and adjust programs as needed.
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, basic nutrition, and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Maintain a safe, clean training environment and demonstrate punctuality, especially for early‑morning sessions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of personal training or fitness coaching experience.
• Current nationally recognized personal training certification.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work early‑morning shifts and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
