About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide personal care, household support, and companionship to adults living at home in Wilmington and Leland. You will follow a written care plan and help clients maintain independence and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
- Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
- Prepare meals, feed clients, and remind them about medication.
- Support range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation using mechanical lifting devices.
Required profile
- Passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
- Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
- Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
- Willingness to be present and deliver quality care.
