Personal Care Aide – Adults & Seniors – Private Duty

About the role

Join BAYADA’s Assistive Care Division as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) providing one‑on‑one personal care and companionship to adults and seniors in Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personal care services such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care following a nurse‑written care plan.
• Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and give medication reminders.
• Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises, ambulation, and transfers using mechanical lifting devices.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of verifiable work experience in caregiving.
• Passion for helping others, empathy, patience, and strong respect for clients.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
• Current Level II Background Check and CPR certification with hands‑on component.
