Personal Assistant to Global Head of Citizenship

About the role
We are seeking a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the Global Head of Citizenship within a leading British universal bank. The role provides executive partnership, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across a complex global remit and acting as a trusted gateway for senior‑level priorities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Global Head of Citizenship’s calendar, triage meeting requests, resolve conflicts and align scheduling with strategic priorities.
- Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policy.
- Arrange meeting logistics such as conference rooms, A/V equipment, visitor access and prepare agendas and supporting materials in advance.
- Provide administrative support for the broader Public Policy & Corporate Responsibility leadership team, including communications and attendee coordination for New York‑based events.
- Handle day‑to‑day administration including corporate card management, expense reporting, filing systems and maintain confidentiality.
- Track actions, follow‑ups and deadlines, flagging risks or dependencies early.
- Troubleshoot issues with internal partners (technology, building services, A/V) to maintain service quality.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in calendar and travel management tools.
- Familiarity with meeting logistics, A/V setup and corporate expense systems.
