Performance Marketing Analyst – Paid Social & Display

About the role

Etsy is seeking an entry‑level Performance Marketing Analyst to support the Demand Generation team. You will help execute and optimise low‑funnel paid social and display campaigns, ensuring the right inventory reaches the right shoppers at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior channel owners in building, launching and quality‑assuring campaigns across paid social and display platforms.
• Manage creative trafficking, catalog updates, audience implementation and pixel/tag verification.
• Maintain and optimise product feeds for large‑scale campaigns.
• Ensure ads follow Etsy’s naming conventions, UTM standards and creative specifications.
• Support day‑to‑day operations of paid media platforms and contribute to performance reporting.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a keen interest in performance marketing.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with large data sets and campaign metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Brooklyn a few days per week (hybrid model).

Required skills

• Familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta, Pinterest and TikTok.
• Experience managing product feeds and understanding UTM parameters.
• Basic knowledge of pixel and tag implementation for tracking.
