People Programs & Recruiting Lead

About the role

This position sits at the core of a fast‑scaling People function, blending strategic program design with hands‑on recruiting execution. You will build foundational HR processes while ensuring the company continues to attract top talent during a high‑growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch core People programs such as performance review cycles, onboarding experiences, employee engagement surveys, and manager development initiatives.
• Maintain internal People resources, documentation systems, policies, FAQs and employee tools.
• Partner with leadership to turn engagement and performance data into actionable improvements.
• Own full‑cycle recruiting: job definition, sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation and candidate experience.
• Administer and configure the ATS (Ashby), manage scheduling and optimize recruiting operations.
• Contribute to employer branding through career page enhancements and candidate‑facing storytelling.

Required profile

• Proven experience in People Operations, HR program design and full‑cycle recruiting within fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
• Ability to build systems from scratch while delivering day‑to‑day execution with precision.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing cross‑functional teams.
• Comfort working in ambiguous settings with evolving structures and priorities.
