About the role
The Chicago Bulls are looking for a People & Culture Manager to own the employee experience across the talent lifecycle. This individual contributor role will lead full‑cycle recruiting, onboarding, early‑career programming, and people analytics to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for full‑time and game‑day positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Track recruiting metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
- Lead the Bulls’ Rookie Program, coordinating a season‑long internship experience for 20+ interns.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs and resources for new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert for recruiting tools, background checks, interview platforms, and assessments.
Required profile
- Highly organized, relationship‑driven professional with strong project‑management abilities.
- Solid foundation in HR generalist practices, especially recruiting operations and onboarding.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, exercise sound judgment, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
