People & Culture Consultant (Remote)

About the role

Blue Shed Group is seeking an experienced People & Culture Consultant to join its remote, independent consulting team. This role is ideal for senior HR, L&D, or organisational development professionals who want autonomy, performance‑linked growth, and the ability to work from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional outreach across digital platforms to identify individuals interested in leadership development, personal growth, or career transition.
• Lead structured discovery conversations to assess background, goals, and suitability for development pathways.
• Communicate the value of personal development, self‑leadership, and performance improvement to senior professionals.
• Guide qualified candidates through a defined information and decision process using provided systems, presentations, and follow‑up frameworks.
• Participate in regular training, leadership development, and peer‑learning sessions with an international professional community.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in People & Culture, HR, L&D, Organisational Development, Talent Management, or related consulting roles.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities, with confidence speaking to senior leaders.
• Consultative, thoughtful, and professional style with a genuine interest in personal and leadership development.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results without direct supervision.
