National Ministry Director – Faith‑Based Student Ministry

About the role

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a growing faith‑based organization dedicated to extending life‑changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. The National Ministry Director will lead the national strategic direction for IFI’s International Student Ministry, overseeing more than 50 ministry locations across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Set and oversee the national ISM strategy, ensuring growth, alignment, and long‑term health of 50+ local sites.
• Design scalable ministry systems, volunteer pathways, discipleship models, and partnership frameworks.
• Develop national metrics, evaluation tools, and reporting processes to assess local effectiveness.
• Lead a national team of Regional/Area Coaches, providing coaching frameworks, accountability structures, and resource toolkits.
• Design and manage national partnership strategies with churches, denominations, volunteer networks, and universities.
• Serve as the primary connector between local ISM and other national initiatives, representing ISM on the Senior Leadership Team.

Required profile

• Adherence to IFI’s statement of faith, core values, and policies.
• Godly character consistent with I Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational design, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM/database systems.
• Proficiency in G‑Suite.
