About the role

Modern Pediatrics is expanding its in‑home primary care model to the Dallas area and seeks MD‑qualified pediatricians to provide comprehensive, evidence‑based care for children and their families.

Key responsibilities

Conduct well‑child visits, vaccine administration, and sick‑care appointments in patients' homes.
Provide virtual care via text, phone, and video throughout the workday.
Participate in a rotating 24/7 on‑call schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Engage in special projects that advance the practice when not seeing patients.

Required profile

Board‑certified or eligible MD in Pediatrics.
Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence, with an empathy‑first approach.
Team‑oriented mindset, willing to give and receive feedback.
Commitment to continuous professional growth and lifelong learning.
