About the role

Provide comprehensive, evidence‑based primary care for children and families in Dallas, delivering well‑child visits, sick care, and virtual support directly in patients' homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct well‑child visits, including vaccine administration, in the patient’s home.
• Provide sick‑care visits and newborn visits both in‑home and via virtual channels (text, phone, video).
• Participate in a rotating 24/7 evening, weekend, and holiday call schedule.
• Engage in special projects that advance the practice.
