About the role
Care Options for Kids offers a focused, one‑on‑one pediatric home health nursing role in Texas. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will provide skilled nursing care directly in the child’s home, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver individualized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
- Follow and execute care plans under RN oversight.
- Maintain safety standards with PPE and CDC‑aligned protocols.
- Utilize 24/7 on‑call clinical support for guidance.
- Document care activities and communicate updates to the care team.
Required profile
- Active LVN license in the state of practice (or multistate license).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (in‑person).
- Experience with G‑tube, tracheostomy, or ventilator care, or willingness to be trained.
