Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LVN)

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide one‑on‑one medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. You will work directly with patients and families, following physician‑ordered care plans to improve health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, following the active plan of care.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies safely.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate family members on clinical care, medication administration, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate changes in patient status to the clinical support team.

Required profile

• Active RN or LVN/LPN license (new graduates are welcome; training provided).
• Ability to provide care in a client’s home environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, lasting bedside manner.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
