Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN/LVN)

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide one‑on‑one medical care for infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. You will join a team that values heart, advocacy, love, outreach, and speed while delivering high‑quality pediatric home health services.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and address the medical needs of pediatric patients according to the physician‑directed plan of care.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies in the home setting.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate family members on clinical care to promote positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to maintain quality of care.

Required profile

• Active RN or LVN license (new graduates are welcome, training provided).
• Ability to deliver care in a client’s home environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, lasting impression on families.
