Pediatric Home Health Nurse (LVN/RN)

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to deliver one‑on‑one medical care to infants, children and adolescents in their homes across Palestine, TX and surrounding areas. The position offers full‑time and part‑time shifts, including days, nights and weekends, allowing flexibility while providing essential pediatric home health services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct medical care to pediatric patients in their homes according to the physician‑ordered plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments and therapies safely.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate family members on clinical care, medication administration and preventive practices.
• Implement preventative initiatives to maintain high quality of care.

Required profile

• Active RN or LVN license (new graduates are welcome, training provided).
• Ability to work in a client‑home setting and travel within the service area.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, lasting impression with patients and families.
