PCA/CNA/HHA Needed – Flexible All Shifts

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate PCA, CNA, and HHA professionals to provide in‑home care across multiple locations, including Newport News. You will work directly with adults to support daily living activities while enjoying a highly flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Perform household support tasks including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals, feed clients, and assist with nutrition.
• Guide range‑of‑motion exercises and assist with ambulation, including transfers using mechanical lifting devices.
• Offer medication reminders and conduct basic vital sign checks (temperature, pulse, respiration).
