About the role
The Patient Dining Associate provides direct meal service to patients and visitors at Mercy Hospital, helping create a healing environment through nutritious food delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, loading, heating, tray assembly and sanitation.
- Deliver menus and trays to patients and visitors, and follow up after each meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory of food and supplies to keep the work area stocked.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb, and perform repetitive motions.
Required skills
- Food service experience (preferred).
- Ohio Food Safety certification (preferred).
