Part‑Time Teller – Bustleton Avenue

About the role

Santander is seeking a part‑time teller to serve customers at its Bustleton Avenue branch in Philadelphia. You will be the front‑line representative, delivering fast, accurate banking services while promoting a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and cash handling while maintaining accurate drawer balances.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, resolve concerns and refer customers to appropriate products.
• Identify and report potential fraud or risk, adhere to compliance and risk‑management policies.
• Cross‑sell bank products and educate customers on digital self‑service tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support branch operations as needed.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months cash‑handling experience and 6 months customer‑service experience.
• Ability to work flexible branch hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Cash handling and basic math proficiency.
• Computer proficiency and comfort using digital banking tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
