Part‑Time Store Supervisor

About the role

Levi’s® Store at Tanger Outlets is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team. You will help drive sales, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to grow revenue.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing guidance and support.
• Manage daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Compliance with all Levi’s® Store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb., move around the store, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
