Assistant Store Manager – Tanger Outlets

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the Tanger Outlets in Mebane, NC. In this role you will support the Store Manager, lead the team, and help drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor and motivate team members, providing guidance and leading by example.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, uphold high standards and maintain operational excellence.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of retail leadership experience with proven coaching and training abilities.
• Demonstrates discretion, professional judgment, tact and diplomacy.
• Collaborative role model who aligns with company culture and values.
• Adheres to all Levi’s store policies, procedures and programs.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders as needed.
