About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the Birch Run store team. You will work closely with store management to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue targets.
• Coach and mentor store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee daily store operations, maintaining efficiency and high standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Levi’s store policies, procedures, and programs.

Required profile

• Strong people skills with the ability to support, assist, and coach team members.
• Reliability in meeting or exceeding store and individual sales goals.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Reliable transportation and age 18 +.
