Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Sales Coordinator is a highly organized, customer‑focused professional who serves as the primary liaison between our sales team and guests, ensuring every interaction reflects exceptional service standards while supporting revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Greet walk‑in visitors, assess their needs and connect them with the appropriate sales representative.
• Manage the visitor log, check‑in appointments and control access to restricted areas.
• Coordinate sales support tasks such as looking up client information in the CRM, providing digital assets and scheduling tours.
• Handle office operations including mail, deliveries, conference‑room set‑up, refreshment areas and basic administrative duties.
• Communicate tour details and client information to the member services manager, office manager and sales staff via email, and route phone calls appropriately.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality or an office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and maintain reliable attendance.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience using Dropbox and Google Workspace.
• Ability to navigate and update a CRM system.
