Founding Partnerships Lead

About the role

Silna Health is tackling the broken administrative system in healthcare by turning days‑long processes into minute‑level decisions. As the first dedicated Partnerships hire, you will build the partnership function from scratch, shape the go‑to‑market strategy, and drive revenue‑generating agreements across the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities across EHR platforms, revenue‑cycle management companies, referral networks, and adjacent health‑tech vendors.
• Own the full partnership cycle—from initial conversation through signed agreement and revenue realization—while being accountable for measurable outcomes.
• Develop a partnerships playbook, test hypotheses about partner conversion, and codify repeatable, scalable processes.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to align partnership requirements with Silna’s delivery capabilities.
• Build the infrastructure for pipeline tracking, attribution, and performance reporting to turn partnerships into a predictable revenue channel.
• Represent Silna at conferences, partner meetings, and industry events, selecting high‑impact opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales, or a founder with GTM experience who has closed deals and built programs from zero.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline, closing deals, and delivering revenue in a startup or fast‑growing environment without brand advantage.
• Comfort with complex, multi‑party deal structures and long sales cycles.
• Strong executive presence and professional polish to engage C‑suite operators, practice owners, and platform executives.
• Ability to think strategically, evaluate multiple partnership profiles, and defend prioritization decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries is a plus but not required.
