Part‑Time Store Supervisor – Birch Run, MI

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Supervisor to join the management team at its Birch Run outlet. You will help drive sales, ensure operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals.
• Coach, mentor and support store associates to improve their performance.
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual standards and safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean, organized shopping floor.
• Adhere to all Levi’s policies, procedures and brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Reliability – dependable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb, stand, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.

Required skills

• Basic retail POS and inventory management knowledge.
• Ability to follow written policies and directives.
