About the role

The Department of Philosophy at the University of Miami is creating a pool of part‑time lecturers to teach introductory philosophy courses during the academic year.

Key responsibilities

Teach up to two introductory philosophy courses per semester at the undergraduate level.
Provide a minimum of three hours per week of office hours for each course to meet with students.

Required profile

Doctoral degree in Philosophy.
College‑level teaching experience.
