Part‑time Leasing Professional (Seasonal)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a motivated part‑time Leasing Professional for its Skyview Heights community in Airway Heights. This seasonal position runs from April to August 2026 and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while driving occupancy and resident retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct prospect outreach, schedule and lead both virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Coordinate move‑in experiences to ensure a smooth transition for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties to support marketing and advertising efforts.
• Plan and execute community events that enhance resident engagement.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email, and utilize social media platforms to promote available units.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond promptly to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer‑service experience is preferred; a positive, can‑do attitude is essential.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of completing legal leasing documents.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site (desired but not required).
