About the role
The Leasing Professional supports Creekside Apartments by coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This part‑time position interacts with prospective and current residents throughout the leasing cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects, conduct community tours, and show apartments.
- Process applications, perform credit screening and criminal background checks.
- Prepare lease agreements, move‑in packages, and ensure smooth resident move‑ins.
- Inspect apartments prior to resident move‑in to confirm readiness.
- Manage lease renewals and support resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
- Collaborate on community marketing and renewal initiatives to meet occupancy targets.
