About the role
The Key Holder supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience at Levi’s flagship location on 34th Street, Herald Square. This part‑time role blends customer service, sales, and store operations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers, model brand values, and drive sales through proactive engagement.
- Support merchandising, visual displays, and product placement on the floor.
- Handle store opening/closing duties, including key control and cash handling.
- Coach and train team members on Levi’s selling practices.
Required profile
- 18 + years old with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead and climb ladders.
- Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
- Positive attitude, empathy for customers and coworkers, and willingness to lead by example.
