Part‑Time Barista – Preserve at Westfields

About the role

Join Greystar’s on‑site coffee service team as a Part‑Time Barista at the Preserve at Westfields community. You will be the first friendly face residents see each morning, delivering high‑quality coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and take beverage orders.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas and specialty beverages.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders and related coffee equipment.
• Curate a rotating menu of featured drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized barista station and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee, milk, syrups and supplies.
• Address resident feedback and ensure satisfaction with each order.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of barista and customer‑service experience.
• Positive attitude, approachable demeanor and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn resident preferences.

What we offer

• Hourly wage between $16.00 and $20.00
