Parts Warehouse Attendant

About the role

Louisiana Cat is looking for a reliable Parts Warehouse Attendant to support its Hammond, LA operations. You will play a key part in ensuring that parts and merchandise are accurately received, stocked, and delivered to customers and technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Pull stock orders for customers, technicians, and other stores.
• Check, receive, and verify the accuracy of part locations and quantities.
• Receive merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain organized inventory.
• Participate in physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Understanding of inventory allocation and control.
• Ability to verify shipments and resolve discrepancies.
• Proven ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Teamwork and communication skills for interacting with internal departments and external customers.
• Experience pulling, stocking, or organizing parts preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or basic computer data entry preferred.
