About the role

As a Warehouse Parts Picker at Ricart, you will keep the flow of parts moving through accurate picking, preparation, and staging for shipment. This fast‑paced, hands‑on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working with precision, and supporting a collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Pick parts using pick tickets or electronic scanning devices.
• Retrieve items from designated warehouse locations and verify quantities and specifications.
• Inspect parts for damage or defects and report any issues.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, cherry pickers, forklifts, and scanners.
• Stage, label, and prepare parts for packing or shipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and report discrepancies or low stock.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic math skills and understanding of inventory quantities.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Required skills

• Operation of pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts.
• Use of handheld scanning devices.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lb regularly with assistance or equipment.
