About the role
Hopper Technology Solutions (HTS) is seeking a Partner Success Consultant to work with senior executives across its global partner network. The role focuses on driving measurable business growth by aligning partner goals with HTS’s Commerce platform, leveraging data, strategy, and product expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that increase revenue, conversion, and engagement for travel products.
- Lead executive business reviews with C‑level stakeholders, translating goals into clear roadmaps.
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for a portfolio of partners, building trusted relationships.
- Identify performance gaps using platform data and champion initiatives to close them.
- Translate partner needs into scalable product capabilities and influence the product roadmap.
- Deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to executive decision‑makers.
- Onboard new partners, ensuring rapid time‑to‑value and smooth transitions.
- Monitor partner health metrics, flag risks early, and resolve issues proactively.
- Codify best practices, playbooks, and frameworks for global scaling.
Required profile
- Experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, or partner success within technology, travel, or e‑commerce.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior and C‑level leadership.
- Strong analytical skills with the capacity to turn complex data into actionable strategy.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Strategic mindset with a bias for execution in fast‑moving environments.
- Experience in travel, e‑commerce, or SaaS is a strong asset.
