About the role

Classic Hyundai – Wilkesboro is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead its service department in North Wilkesboro, NC. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient, high‑quality service delivery and maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise service advisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve department efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure effective communication between the service department and other areas of the dealership.
• Monitor service performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure swift resolutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an automotive service management role.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
