About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new business for its Talent Solutions portfolio. You will work in a hybrid environment, balancing remote work with occasional office days, to prospect, build pipelines, and close deals with mid‑market companies looking for recruitment technology.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect relentlessly to generate a robust pipeline and nurture strong relationships with prospects.
- Create reliable forecasts and maintain transparent pipeline visibility for management.
- Consistently close new business at or above quota.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan, sharing competitive insights with the team.
- Coach colleagues, contribute to best‑practice documentation, and collaborate with product and marketing on market feedback.
- Proactively solve problems beyond your core duties and take on emerging initiatives.
- Identify leadership opportunities to help achieve broader company objectives.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 + years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience selling recruiting, HR software, or SaaS solutions.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and SaaS sales cycles.
- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
- Proven track record of managing and closing high‑value enterprise deals.
