Luxury Jewelry Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a polished Receptionist to be the first point of contact at a premier luxury jewelry flagship in New York City. The role is essential in shaping the client’s initial impression of the Maison and delivering a seamless, high‑end experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome boutique visitors promptly and professionally.
• Direct guests to the appropriate sales or service associate.
• Answer inbound calls and manage the front‑desk phone system.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat, providing information on store hours, repair processes, and other service details.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Charismatic presence with a passion for luxury fashion and jewelry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail or a related field preferred.
• At least one year of experience in retail, contact‑center, or customer‑service environments.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
