Partner Development Manager – Commerce Partnerships

About the role

The Partner Development Manager will drive growth for TikTok Shop by building and managing strategic partnerships across the commerce ecosystem. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align product, sales, and merchant initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with merchants, ISVs, and other commerce partners.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and operations to create go‑to‑market strategies that meet evolving merchant needs.
• Generate executive dashboards, oversee QBRs/OKRs, and provide forecasts and product recommendations.
• Design and manage incentive programs to accelerate merchant growth.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or partnerships within a high‑growth tech environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Project‑management expertise with a high EQ and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast‑changing settings.

Required skills

• E‑commerce platform knowledge.
• Understanding of marketplace/ISV connectors, Order Management Systems (OMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and ERP integrations.
